I am extremely honored that you have visited our page to see what Open Door Baptist Church is all about. We would love the opportunity to get to meet you in person and to show what a loving friendly church we have. We have plenty to offer here at Open Door Baptist Church, from Sunday School classes for children all the way up to adults. Our Sunday services are geared toward preaching and teaching the Word of God, as well as praising and worshiping our Savior through song. We have a Wednesday evening Bible Study where we dig deep into the word of God and find the Truths that He has for us. It would be my honor to be able to minister to you and your family. Pastor Joshua Ewing
Bio:
Pastor Ewing was born and raised in a pastor's home. At the age of eight, he felt the Lord convicting him of his sin in a church service. One week later, he walked the aisle and accepted Christ as his Savior. Not long after Salvation, he felt the call to preach, and he surrendered his life to full time Christian service. After high school, he attended Grace Baptist College in Gaylord, Michigan. In 2012, he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Theology. While in college he met his beautiful wife, Leah. They tied the knot in June of 2012. The Lord has blessed them with four beautiful children: Madelyn, Tyler, Levi, and Samuel. Pastor Ewing accepted the call to pastor at Open Door Baptist Church in March 2023, and we are excited for what the future holds for our church.
